PRODUCTION STEPS

Marking defects, quality areas and stretching directions is carried out manually by means of digitizing with visual feedback of markings.

Detection contour material is scanned by means of a high resolution color camera, positioned on the final cutting position. Through data processing the previous marked information are matched on the material.

Nesting is fully automatic and is based on information of the material, models and order. Nesting supports 4 quality levels and multiple stretching directions. The nesting accuracy is better than 0.5 mm.

Cutting, automatically starts when one part/model is nested. The nesting sequence is carried out during the cutting sequence. The cutting process includes marking and if necessary punching.

Collecting of parts is carried out manually, supported by computer. The operator can select model and/or size collecting and the corresponding parts on the material will be automatically enlightened by the projection system.
