PRE-PROCESSING

The models from the CAD-system can be pre-processed for additional information, like stretching tolerances, combination parts etc..

The basic information for this process is derived from CAD-data of (graded) models.

The order-information must be defined and consist of information about models, sizes and material. The basic information can be retrieved from a PMS or entered manually.

An order can consist of more styles/models than one, cut out of the same material at the same time. This can lead to significant material savings.

The order-preprocessing software is based on a very flexible database system, which makes customizing and integrating in the ‘customers’ environment easy.
